S.R.D.L Board of Directors
The Siksika Chief & Council are the Shareholders of S.R.D.L. As such, through an application process, they select Board Members to represent S.R.D.L. This year representation was based on the Terms of Reference for Boards as developed by the Siksika Nation.
SRDL is overseen by an independent Board of Directors whereby all major decisions require a formal resolution.
The following Board of Directors were selected on July 23,2008:
Troy Sitting Eagle - Chairman/Siksika Community Member
Catlin Big Snake - Youth Representative/Siksika Community Member
Alfred Many Heads - Siksika Community Member
Douglas Clovechok - Corporate Representative
Barry Baim - Industry Representative
